Started in 2015, CAFEUNO is a group of small cooperatives located in the southern part of Honduras, near the Nicaraguan border. It’s managed by Williams Alexander Romero Gradiz, a fourth-generation farmer himself, and he’s one of 11 farmers who contributed coffee to this lot.
This coffee is lighter on body and has aromas of caramel and panela (unrefined sugarcane). It has a grapefruit-like citrus note thanks to its soft acidity, as well as notes of chocolate and caramel.
